1. PDF should be
text searchable (not image pdf)
2. Font should
be embed format in pdf
3. Don't use
ligature character fonts in PDF
4. Remove all
hidden text from PDF

Use the below
format for custom page setting in read aloud option
“1, 2, 3, 5-7”
